Tidiani TOGOLA is a digital governance and digital transition specialist, and the founder and CEO of Tuwindi, a civic innovation ecosystem active across Africa. His work focuses on advancing digital sovereignty, institutional resilience, and citizen participation through the design and implementation of inclusive digital tools and public policy frameworks.

With over fifteen years of experience at the intersection of technology, governance, and development, he has led multi-country initiatives in partnership with governments, regional and international institutions, media, and civil society. His areas of intervention include electoral processes, public health, education, media, energy, and open government.

He has strong expertise in strategic planning for digital transformation, the integration of emerging technologies, and the development of public digital services. He also contributes to regional cooperation efforts and supports the creation of effective multi-stakeholder partnerships.

His approach is driven by the conviction that Africa’s digital future must be built on sovereign choices, shared responsibility, and equitable collaboration between institutions and communities.
